About NZECB 2024 :
A net zero-energy building (NZEB) is a residential or commercial building with greatly decreased energy needs through efficiency gains such that the balance of energy needs can be supplied with renewable technologies. In other words, they are those which use no more energy from the utility grid than is provided by on-site renewable energy sources annually. These buildings use 50% to 70% less energy in comparison to traditional buildings. The remaining energy use comes from different renewable sources such as: solar panels or wind turbines incorporated into the facility itself.
To extremely reduce carbon emissions, every government and industry has a role to play. The goal of international conference of net zero energy commercial buildings is to bring together international institutions, companies, researchers, professionals, and students to share knowledge and experiences. In addition, the main objective is to grow the economic prosperity, while working towards carbon neutrality by 2050 (net zero 2050).

Only original papers will be considered. Papers should not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere and should not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
Authors are encouraged to check the similarity index of their paper before submission. Papers suspect of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, repeated publication etc. will be rejected without further consideration.
Conference presented and registered full paper will be included in digital conference proceeding, and submitted to major citation databases like : Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, Google Scholar , Researchrgate, Sciencedirect, SementicScholar, Jstor etc. for reviewing and indexing.
Excellent papers with significant extension will be recommended to be submitted for publication in Journal “Buildings” which will send to be reviewed and indexed by major citation databases such as SCIE and Scopus.

Professor Ibrahim Motawa, a distinguished authority in the field of digital construction and Building Information Modeling (BIM) at the University of Ulster in Belfast, is renowned for his expertise in the comprehensive analysis and adept management of these domains. With an extensive portfolio of publications and active participation in knowledge transfer initiatives, Professor Motawa is a driving force in advancing the construction industry's technological landscape.
Professor Rafat Siddique is Senior Professor of Civil Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (Deemed University), India.
He is Editor of the Journal of Construction and Building Materials (Elsevier), Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering (ASCE), and European Journal of Environmental and Civil Engineering (Taylor & Francis).
